CME Credits

In-person & online attendance:
The 10th International Lymphoedema Framework Conference, Copenhagen, Denmark, 18/11/2021-20/11/2021 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 16 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). CME accreditation only availlable until 18 February.

 


Cancellation terms

Please note that the below cancellation policy is binding as soon as you have finished the registration process. All cancellations must be sent to info@cap-partner.eu .  Refunds will be processed after the conference. Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.  

Cancellation terms registration & social events 
An administration cost of EUR 30 will apply for cancellations received on or before 18 September 2021 
No refund on cancellations received on or after 19 September 2021 

Hotel rooms can be cancelled free of charge (minus 15 EUR administration costs) if cancelled before 01 October 2021. 
For cancellations received between 01 October and 08 November 2021 refunds will only be made if no expenses are incurred by the hotel.  
Cancellations after 08 November 2021 are non refundable. 
No refunds will be granted in case of no show, late arrival or early departure. 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers and/or CAP Partner ApS, the conference is cancelled or postponed, the hotel costs will be refunded only if no expenses are incurred by the hotel. 

Cancellations due to Covid-19 restrictions in country of origin or by employer

If restrictions related to Covid-19 occur within 7 days prior to start of the conference, including restrictions imposed by governments in country of origin (home country) in relation to mandatory quarantine (imposed either in Denmark or home country) which cannot be avoided by a negative Covid-19 test or vaccine, make the participation impossible, we will naturally offer a virtual option and a partial refund will be granted for registration fee. Please note a handling fee of € 20 will be deducted from all refunds.

Documentation, in written form, must be supplied to confirm that the restrictions that prevent participation have occurred within the last 7 days prior to the date of the conference. Additional costs such as dinner, hotel and travel will NOT be refunded. We recommend you take out personal travel insurance to cover such costs.

Payment terms 

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), EAN (only Danish public institutes) or credit card. Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive.  

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address is entered during the registration process. 

Sharing of contact details 

​The ILF Conference Organiser will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and will be treated by ILF only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the registration, monitoring of credits for CME (Continued Medical Education), as well as information about ILF.
